Some dudes just can’t keep it together. And so frequently those dudes turn out to be politicians.
Such is the case in my second short film, Dirty Laundry.
I like to think of it as Scandal meets House of Cards. It deals with the gritty political underbelly themes that are so prevalent right now (and felt so good to write amidst the last government shutdown…)
We shot it all in one day on December 20th, 2013 on the University of Washington campus. The crew was incredible and amazing and I will never stop talking about how awesome they are. Seriously. Never.
The film went on to screen at the Woods Hole Film Festival and Burbank Film Fest, both to very warm receptions. I loved sitting in the theater and hearing the audience laugh and chuckle at the schadenfreude…
So without further ado, I am pleased to announce Dirty Laundry’s online release!
